01 General Rules & Applicability

Jayabaje's terms and conditions apply to all services, games, betting markets, and promotions on the platform. By opening an account, browsing, or using any service on jayabaje.biz, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

JayabajeTo open an account with us, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years Age verification may be required. A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be requested.
• Each person may hold a maximum of One account only accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility. Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.

03 Betting Rules & Conditions

JayabajeThe following rules must be followed when betting on -:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Bets will only be refunded if the match is cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error before a match begins, that bet will be considered void.
• A short delay when placing live bets is normal — it is a protective measure built into the system.
• Scores and results are settled according to official sources. Separate rules may apply in the event of a tie or no result.

Cricket Betting

• If a match is settled using the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will be considered final.
• In the event of an over reduction, the revised rules applicable to the relevant market will apply.
• If a match is abandoned due to rain before completing at least 5 overs, all bets will be void.

04 Payment & Transaction Terms

All financial transactions jayabaje's designated channels only. Payments made through third parties are not accepted.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Supported methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes
• No additional charges on deposits

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: typically 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete
• For suspicious transactions, jayabaje may delay payment until an investigation is completed

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

JayabajeAll bonuses and promotions on - are subject to their own specific terms. The general rules are:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become eligible for withdrawal only after the required wagering conditions are met.
• The minimum wagering requirement is generally 10x. The exact figure will be stated on each offer's page.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, all wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Using bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus applies only to a new member's first deposit.

06 Prohibited Activities

• Money Laundering or Transactions Involving Illegal Funds
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Jayabaje The right is reserved to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• In Case of Suspected Fraud or Deception
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to provide the required documents after repeated requests
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months+)
• Violation of the Responsible Gaming Policy

Members may also request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, the account will be closed after the withdrawal is processed.

08 Limitation of Liability

Jayabaje Will not be held responsible for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to an internet disconnection
• Bets confirmed due to user error
• Disruption to third-party services (such as mobile banking)
• Issues with the user's device or network
• Disclosure of a user's account credentials to a third party

For any dispute or claim jayabaje's decision will be considered final, though all decisions are made only after a fair and transparent investigation.
